What happens if my event is postponed or rescheduled?

If your event is rescheduled, you'll receive an email or notification with all the details, including whether your tickets remain valid for the new date. No action is required if you can attend.

If you can't make the new date and the Event Promoter has approved refunds, you'll be notified about any available refund options.

If an event is postponed, the Event Promoter is still determining whether it will be rescheduled or canceled. Your tickets remain valid in the meantime.
